Reception signs are often the first interaction between your business and potential clients,
making it essential to create a memorable and professional impression. The right reception
signage can effectively capture your brand’s personality, whether you want a bold, creative
look or a sleek, professional design. At Kayma Signs, our experts specialize in designing
reception signs that align with your brand identity and space requirements.

Popular Reception Sign Options:

• Acrylic Panels & Lettering: Acrylic panels are versatile, allowing for various effects
like dimensional lettering, frosting, and vinyl graphics, either on the front or back
  surface.
• LED Backlit 3D Letters: Adding 3D letters or logos with LED lighting offers an
affordable way to give your reception area an eye-catching “wow” factor.

Customizing Your Reception
Signage

• Effects: Choose from 3D acrylic lettering, cut vinyl graphics, or frosting to match your
  reception area’s style.
• Colours: Clear acrylic panels provide flexibility for frosting, graphics, and lettering
that can be tailored to match your company’s branding colors.
• LED Backlit: LED lighting can create a dramatic halo effect, enhancing the visual
  appeal of your reception signage.

Beyond the Logo: Enhancing Your Entire Reception Area

Reception signage is more than just your logo. Don’t forget to consider enhancing your
office’s counters, walls, and windows with digitally printed graphics, frosting, or illumination.
Floor graphics can also make a welcoming statement, providing a complete 360˚ brand
experience. Whether you need a simple update or a complete transformation, Kayma Signs
can help you create an impactful reception, foyer, and office space.
